a numerical recording is realized by a computer (we obtain correct results, because this technology is rather successful today). For example, numerous movies musics contain many numerical sounds, even if they also contain acoustic sounds, or mixture both.

An acoustic recording is realized on real instruments, with real musicians, and with an equipment special for the recording, microphones... Even if the numerical technology made progress important these last years. The acoustic quality is still better than numerical technology.
